- To respond/satisfy the show cause notice issued by the Inspector or any appropriate authority.
- Assistance to establishments during the proceedings of inspection and search of any premises by the Inspector.
- Representing establishments when questioned by an inspector.
- Correspondence / Liaison with the concerned department / office.
- Assist in responding to claims against the company and arriving at an appropriate resolution.
