Every company/industry work is subjected to various Labour Law and Constitution of India as it is mandatory to every industry to compliance with the Labour Laws. For violation or delay in complying with the statutory requirements, the consequences in terms of imposed of damages, prosecution is inescapable. Further, under various employment laws, the top executives of the institution as the case may be, are held liable and required to personally attend for those matters before the competent authority or court.
